About Jennifer Mann

As a registered dietitian with over 30 years of experience, I specialize in Renal Nutrition, working primarily with patients with Chronic Kidney Disease and those on long-term dialysis. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Syracuse University, followed by a Master of Science in Nutrition from Hunter College. I am also a Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition. Currently, I serve as a dietitian for individuals on long-term dialysis as well as those managing chronic kidney failure. In my private practice, I provide medical nutrition therapy to help patients optimize their nutritional status while living with chronic kidney disease. Outside of my professional life, I have been deeply committed to my family, spending nearly two decades balancing my career with raising three wonderful children. My personal drive comes from a passion for helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives, especially those managing chronic illness. I look forward to bringing my expertise, compassion, and dedication to helping you achieve your best health outcomes.
