I had a great experience! It’s a lot easier to go for services on Zocdoc than setting something in person at a private office.

The meeting commenced punctually. She let me explain myself thoroughly to address my problem. I was surprised that there was no advice or trauma releasing therapy, then she explained that she is merely a prescription need provider. If you chose her as a Doctor don't wear your heart on your sleeve. I still like her approach, though because for my treatment all I need are prescriptions. Also, she troubleshooted one of my medication swallowing limitations with a higher quality pill that was easier to swallow. I will definitely go back to her again.

Jennifer was very professional and punctual for our virtual appointment! Highly recommend. After difficulties finding access to healthcare through my insurance, I was very impressed with how easy and quick it was to go through ZocDoc and LifeStance Health.

I would not recommend since I was looking for counseling to try to avoid medication and this was a doctor appointment to prescribe medication. I think the website explain that this is not counseling or therapy but a way to get medicine for a problem.

Was extremely friendly, kept reassuring me that things do get better which is really what I needed to hear at the moment. Already set up a very specific schedule to get me the best help which I think is what I liked the most.

AVOID GOING TO THIS PERSON AT ALL COST. I have never in my life been treated so terribly and with such little disrespect by a healthcare professional. Not only was she incredibly rude, heartless, completely uncaring and wouldn’t let me explain my situation at all without cutting me short or interrupting me, she REFUSED me the treatment I was seeking when I have a debilitating condition. Her reasoning for refusing it was that she “wasn’t a fan of it” and that I “wouldn’t be coming back to see her if I was on this treatment plan”. So I am not going to get treated because you want more money out of me? Absolutely no care or concern for my well-being, only her own financial gain.

Jennifer is the rudest, most uncooperative provider I have ever met. When I told her that although I had the volume on my phone turned all the way up I could scarcely hear her, she responded, "That's because I have you on speaker." One might expect that to be followed up with, "I'm sorry. Give me just a sec and I'll take you off speaker." This was NOT the case. In actuality she did nothing to improve the volume. Perhaps I have unrealistic expectations, But I feel a need to be able to communicate with my providers and hear what they are saying. A side note, I am NOT hearing impaired. This is just one of many examples where she was unwilling/able to meet my needs. if being treated with respect and common decency is important to you I suggest you look elsewhere for another provider. That said, the support staff is wonderful!
