What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring warmth, humor and compassion to our sessions. I will also gently challenge you to look at things in a new way .

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first two sessions you will have space to tell your story as we build rapport and trust. Then we will work collaboratively to identify goals, if appropriate, and develop a plan of action. Maybe you are just looking to process thoughts and feelings that have been simmering for awhile. Ultimately, I will give you a safe space to talk about whatever is on your mind, without any expectations.
