Getting to know Jennifer Nunez

When I created my private practice I had one mission in mind and that was to center the mental health needs of men of color. I recognize the unique pressures, expectations, and barriers many men of color face in our society. I wanted to create a space, where your voice is heard, your experiences are honored, a space that is safe but also culturally sound. Men deserve a place to unpack, breathe, and grow without judgment. My work focuses on empowerment, deep listening ,and identity-affirming care that supports your whole self.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy is not an easy journey and sometimes can have its challenges however it can help men identify, understand, and express emotions that may have been suppressed or ignored. This emotional awareness can lead to better decision-making, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of self

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your journey is different and special, you're growing and learning and you have all the necessary tools that you need to be the best version of yourself. I want to invite you to give therapy a try and to experience it from your own lens, I promise you won't regret it. When you are ready I am ready to do my very best work with you.
