“I needed to find a new PCP. Combed through reviews on Zoc Doc before making my selection. There was fair amount for communication between the office and myself prior to the appointment which included filling out forms to get ready.
Arrived within 10 mins. I was checked in and seen by the medical assistant for vitals within 30 mins. Saw the Dr that I booked with. At first it felt awkward/ stiff. Not much warmth or eye contact. She shared she had read my file and had to put it down because of everything that I had ensured. She was typing as I was speaking but after, it softened and I felt she was connecting with me and my story. Made me tear up a bit. She made some recommendations for RX and the visit wrapped up. Overall, happy with the service I received and will be back. ”

Staff was helpful anf friendly and pretty thorough. Even through machine malfunction they found a way to accommodate my visit. My provider was open to answering any questions I had and very through with my physical exam. I felt welcomed and heard during the whole process. They made me aware of what was going on as it was happening.

I had a great experience for my first time at this office. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful, and showed me how to register on the app they use. The medical assistant was very friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and did my vitals while she asked me some questions. The phelobotomist was also great. She drew my blood so quick and painlessly. I use to be considered a hard stick and she got it on the first try. Dr Osbourne was amazing. She listened to every concern that I had, and did not rush me like past Dr's have done. I def would recommend anyone looking for a primary Dr. To go to this location. I was very happy with my experience from start to finish. The office wasnt crowded/over booked which is always a plus. I wanna say Thank You to all the staff members for being kind, helpful and very professional. Great job everyone!!!
