I’ve been looking for a Black doctor close to home that was attentive, answered questions, without a long wait time and score! The front desk and nurse was just as friendly as Dr.Osborne. I will most certainly see her again!

I needed to find a new PCP. Combed through reviews on Zoc Doc before making my selection. There was fair amount for communication between the office and myself prior to the appointment which included filling out forms to get ready.
Arrived within 10 mins. I was checked in and seen by the medical assistant for vitals within 30 mins. Saw the Dr that I booked with. At first it felt awkward/ stiff. Not much warmth or eye contact. She shared she had read my file and had to put it down because of everything that I had ensured. She was typing as I was speaking but after, it softened and I felt she was connecting with me and my story. Made me tear up a bit. She made some recommendations for RX and the visit wrapped up. Overall, happy with the service I received and will be back.
