I use a whole-person approach and specialize in comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic clarification, particularly when multiple diagnoses have accumulated over time. I welcome honest feedback about symptoms, treatment, side effects, goals, and our therapeutic relationship. I call our first appointment our “business appointment.” We focus on your current concerns, symptoms, when they began, and how they have changed over time. We also review relevant family, personal, and childhood history. Together, we use this information to establish goals that are unique to you and can evolve as we work together.
