“My visit well went! The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, my doctor recommended me to get an additional blood test that was not done at the office. The staff gave me the wrong information and the wrong address of the lab I was supposed to go and get the blood test done. I drove over that address and I did not find the lab building. I called the office and they gave me the “right address”. When I drove over to that address, I was stop by the front desk and I was told that they only took care of cancer patients. I was send to the lab located in Marcus ave, but they couldn’t do my blood test either. Finally one of the phlebotomist helped me and called the “right lab” and made the appointment for me. I was driving for close to 2 hours trying to get that blood test out of the way but I couldn’t.
The staff at the doctor’s office should make sure they know where to send patients whenever they get a referral. That would avoid waste of time and frustration to patients. ”

“Office was organized, took all my paperwork, and information. Appointment relatively on time, bloodwork first, met with the doctor after initial results. I had a visit with Dr. Park, she was warm, direct; provided options or explanations for blood work. Did a thorough exam. I would recommend. ”

For unknown reasons I waited more than an hour to see the dr. Once I was in the room and seeing Dr. Park, she was very thorough attentive, and listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed.
