I use a compassionate, evidenced-based and holistic approach that incorporates elements of medication management, CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and positive psychology. I have a PhD, am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and a licensed mental health counselor. I have the skills to help you achieve your goals and lead a more positive life! I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who can prescribe the same medication as a physician. I work very closely with our chief medical officer, who is a board certified psychiatrist to provide personalized, evidenced-based care. Relaxed, upscale office environment.
