She is professional, she is very thorough, and she listens very well... she's heard everything I've told her. She's very good at discerning my needs, much better than I can. I've had three appointments with her now and from the first appointment I felt comfortable sharing my issues with her . I've been able to really open up and she receives it in such a compassionate way. Every time we finish a visit up I feel like I have a bounce in my step for the next couple of days . I would recommend her services to anyone I care about! ”

I called 10 minutes after my appointment and was told by the office to stand by. Then I received an email saying I was unable to be seen for absolutely no reason. I wasn’t even given the time of day. I was simply refused help altogether. I’m extremely concerned of the prejudicial implications of that action.

Jennifer was informative, helpful, easy-going, and trustworthy. Jennifer did very well explaining terms, advice, next steps, etc. Jennifer was also great about being transparent and professional. Jennifer was also friendly and has a gentle personality from my experience. I would see Jennifer again.

Jennifer was warm, intelligent, and made something that felt really hard—asking for help with my ADHD—feel easy and collaborative. She offered cognitive testing after our thorough 90-minute session and quickly scheduled a follow-up to start treatment. I feel lucky to have found her.
Note: the office isn’t very communicative and won’t confirm your appointment until insurance is verified, which took a day. I had to call at my appointment time to get connected. But once you’re with Jennifer, the care is excellent.
