Getting to know Dr. Jennifer Tickal

I completed my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, Florida School of Professional Psychology in 2011. During my graduate training, I worked in community mental health, as well as private practices conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments. I was then awarded the Health Professions Scholarship Program and joined the US Army. I completed an APA accredited internship in 2011 and postdoctoral residency in 2013 at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. My travels as a military Psychologist took me to various locations where I received countless trainings and endless experiences. To further my training and education, I completed the process for Board Certification in Clinical Psychology in 2014. Over the years, I have provided individual, couples, and group therapy for adults of all ages. I have provided workshops on stress management, time management, and healthy marriages. Additionally, I have specialized experience with active duty military, veterans, and dependents. I look forward to using these varied experiences to work with you.
