I am passionate about health and well-being. I have enjoyed a long career as a Registered Nutritionist because food and nutrition are a natural part of everyday life. How we feed ourselves can make all the difference in how we feel and function from head to toe. I like to practice what I preach because I know how good it feels and works! I earned my Bachelor's in Nutritional Science and Dietetics from California Polytechnic State University and my Master's in Health Services Administration from Saint Mary's College of California. I enjoy finding balance through work, physical activity, and play. I love to run, garden, cook, and play lots of indoor and outdoor games. Feeling good drives what I do.
