“No one at the front when I arrived. When I got the attention of the front desk staff. I had to knock and somewhat speak loudly for someone to come out. I was there on time. The person asks for my ID and insurance. I provide it to her. She says my insurance is not valid. I show my insurance is valid on my phone. She asks for my insurance member #. I say let me call them and get it. She says that the doctor is busy and I have until 4:15 to get the information or my appointment is canceled. I was it was 4:08. I was waiting since 3:58. I mentioned this and she basically told me that "thats not true". Got on the phone. Provided the same member #. Not a great of a 1st impression. Front desk and medical assistants did not help me feel comfortable or welcomed. Me being told I'm not telling the truth is not something I deal with in my day to day experiences. Also the mispronounced my name loudly..after waiting a long period of time I met my doctor and she was really good. Ill go again but ??”

“Great experience in this office, love the friendly staff, assistant at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the physician assistant is an amazing young lady that made me feel comfortable when I needed to give a blood test, I am not comfy with needles but she made it seem like nothing- super thankful for her simple yet amazing approach and her overall demeanor was professional and pleasant. I appreciate the way Jennifer starts off with greeting and asks questions, listens, explains things and gives a chance to ask questions to get the help you are there for and any additional questions that may arise as you are there. Very kind and professional person. I like that I don’t need to wait long for me to be seen and I don’t waste time there waiting in between procedures- i am able to address the questions I came there for and move on with the day. My overall opinion is - Very professional, kind, attentive, supportive, communicative, respectful, caring..thank you!”

Everything from scheduling the appointment to checking in and wait time in the office was very quick and booking was not filled up and I had an opportunity to book an appointment for a few days prior. Speaking to the staff was a pleasant experience- they were attentive and friendly- helpful in understanding and were asking questions to make sure I understood everything. Very thankful for a wonderful job of all the staff and the doctor. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
