These experiences have enriched my perspective and grew my compassionate, culturally aware approach to therapy. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, evidence based and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges. As a parent myself, I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where children and young adults can vocalize their concerns and feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to build connections, resilience, and lasting change. I understand the complexities and challenges of parenting. I bring empathy and compassion to my work with families and have experience working with post-partum mothers and navigating life’s transitions.
