About Jenny Delaleu
Associates in Health & Wellness was conceptualized in 2000 by Ms. Delaleu with the primary goal of providing affordable and accessible health care.
Ms. Delaleu is an ANCC Board Certified family nurse practitioner since 2005 who offers primary care services with special interests and experience in critical care, cardiology, and electrophysiology. She currently maintains medical staff privileges at Mt Sinai South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York, and Northwell Long Island Jewish Hospital in New Hyde Park, New York.
Ms. Delaleu obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1999 and earned her Master's in Family Nursing from Columbia University in 2005, where she also completed a minor in Nursing Informatics.
She is a proud member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Long Island (NPALI), the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and is board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).

She's amazing. The only thing I would ask the facility to change is the cups they use for urine samples. It should be closed capped.

I was skeptical of all the 5 star reviews that I read about Jenny Delaleu, NP, APRN, FNP, before I went to go see her yesterday for an appointment. Every review, including this one that I am writing myself, are 100% true. She was friendly, engaging, interested, kind, warm, caring........what a pleasant surprise from all of the other medical professionals that seem to exude a cold manner. She was the complete opposite, and she deserves every bit of the 5 star rating I am giving. Very pleased and thankful to find such a wonderful medical professional!

They saw me almost instantly. My lack of perpetration was the only thing that took long. Both the doctor and nurse were very sweet and extremely helpful. Definitely keeping her as my primary if my insurance allows!

I was extremely happy with the care Jenny NP gave me. She is extremely patient, answered all my questions and did a thorough exam for me. She is intelligent and cares tremendously about her patients.
