If you are going through a tough time with feeling stressed, difficulty focusing, difficulty sleeping, lack of energy, lack of motivation or other mental health challenges, I'm here to work with you to take the first step toward feeling better. You need to feel heard, supported, and understood without judgment, and you need guidance on how to manage all these symptoms. Your goals to feel better and improve the overall quality of life will be supported and guided by me. I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I got my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Master's Certificate from Johns Hopkins University. I provide medication management based on evidence-based practice and some psychotherapy. My specialty is treatment for depression, anxiety and ADHD. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through this alone. Healing is possible, and with the right support and guidance, you can take meaningful steps toward feeling better. If you’re ready to start this journey, I would be honored to work alongside you.
