Jenny was nice but it felt like she was just asking me a series of questions from a list without really engaging in what my mental health issues were. Didn’t seem much judgment about what was going on and then she just prescribed to up my dose of medication after I complained of significant side effects. It didn’t really make sense to me. I think health providers need to be much more thoughtful and careful about prescribing medication that impacts brain chemistry.

This doctor completely ghosted me and refused to respond to refill my depression medication, leaving me with no choice but to make an emergency appointment with my primary care doctor when my prescription was almost out. Completely unacceptable and extremely dangerous.

It was very tedious to just speak to the doctor. The office reps were very sarcastic in their tone. To much forms needed to be filled out and it made me frustrated . Very triggered by it all.
