As a healthcare provider, I love helping my patients set individualized health goals and seeing them feel better once they have achieved them. Their success stories drive my pursuit of medicine. In my opinion, the role of a primary care provider is to assist patients in meeting their health needs. I enjoy educating my patients about the options available to best fit their lifestyles and help them achieve their goals, addressing both physical and behavioral health. As a new mom, I love spending time with my son. When the weather is nice, I try to improve my golfing skills with the help of my husband. I also enjoy exploring local restaurants and am always open to trying new foods.

Provider did not address a single concern of mine. I felt as if she brushed off my concerns and was not helpful at all. I have never been seen by such an uncaring provider before.

I was not contacted by the Dr, nor did she send any link for the video appointment. One message the office sent said the appointment was at 11 another text message was sent saying my appointment was a 1:00pm. I waited from 10:45am-1:30pm, and she never showed up. Called the office 3 times and was just a recording no one ever picked up. I hope I will not be charged for this.
