I have a background in education and working with children and families, and have done so for over twenty years. I have also served as a children's yoga instructor and teacher trainer. I continue to work with children, teens, and families in my practice but also enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I spent several training years training in college counseling centers and really enjoy this exploratory phase of life. I have experience teaching courses in career counseling and helping guide individuals towards careers that make sense for them. Additionally, I have personal experience navigating deep grief and loss, and hold it very close to my heart to help guide individuals through this delicate time in their lives. My goal is to help clients of all ages overcome the barriers preventing them from living their most fulfilling lives.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
