Provider saw me for maybe 5 minutes total. Ran diagnostics and then told me that they didn’t know what was wrong and sent me home. Did not try to learn more or find a diagnosis at all.

I feel like I wasted my time going to this appt. I do not feel I received sufficient care. Then they want to charge me for an office visit instead of just a preventative visit for my annual exam just because I had a question about symptoms I was experiencing which the doctor was not even able to diagnosis me or help me with. She didn't even do an external pelvic exam like I wanted which should be part of an annual exam anyway. An annual exam should be a chance to bring up any concerns without getting charged just for mentioning them. That is just greedy and unfair.

Dr. Ye listened to all of the info I shared, was collaborative with the testing and treatment process, took the time to make sure we went through all of my questions, and made sure we came up with a good strategy together. Really appreciative of Dr. Ye and her patient care methods!
The only downsides were the office didn't have specialized susceptibility testing tools and the front desk staff did not represent the professionalism of the doctors in the clinic. Some customer service training for front desk folks would really go a long way, especially given this is a feminine health clinic where women are coming in stressed and seeking comfort and support in healing. Not a great intro experience but the actual doctor (where it really matters!) was fantastic, wish I could rate her vs the office separately!

Jenny was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and calm with a situation that I was really worried about. Nurse Practitioners are the Universe’s gift to healthcare and she is living proof of that.

I recently had an appointment with Jenny Ye NP, I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in.
The nurse practitioner was not only highly educated but also took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated the way she communicated, as she made sure I understood each step of the process and answered all my questions. It was evident that she genuinely cared about my health and well-being.
The whole appointment was fast and efficient, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t feel rushed, yet everything flowed smoothly, allowing me to get in and out without any hassle.
Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 10/10! I highly recommend to anyone seeking attentive, knowledgeable care in a warm and friendly environment. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

Receptionists, nurses and doctor all seemed a bit stressed and rushed through everything. The doctor was friendly and kind, but the staff seemed to be in autopilot and didn’t smile.

I saw Jenny for an appointment and I really like her. I will definitely be coming back for my future gyn appointments! She was very friendly and smart. She listened to my issue, and I didn't feel rushed at all. The office is beautiful and very clean. And all the staff I spoke to were nice too.
