Dr. Jereesh delivered exceptional quality healthcare . He was transparent which allowed an openness of communication exchanges to occur which resulted in receiving great care. He was exceptional and knowledgeable therefore I trusted his path of care. This is my initial visit with him. He exhibited genuine interest and respect of my healthcare concerns and developed a plan of action. It was imperative that my voice was included in the plan of action and he allowed that to happen without reminders which I felt was absolutely awesome! I have always chosen my healthcare team in my life to have the quality of knowledge but also to have openness so that communication flows easily, and my healthcare needs are respected. Great experience as a new patient.

He told me he "didn't understand why new patients kept coming to him, and he preferred to stick with his old patients." I've never met a doctor that's upset about having patients. He also told me he doesn't believe in western medicine and I should try more eastern approaches. Which would be fine if he said it before charging my insurance instead of after.

He’s a good doctor, he just couldn’t help me with my specific problem. It was also hard to understand what he was saying sometimes (he tends to be soft spoken and has an accent). Again, he was really nice but wasn’t much help.
Such a cool and very intellectual doctor ??

This was my first time seeing this doctor. Bad experience from start to finish. First, the office sent a text to confirm my appointment and they put the wrong address. The day of my appointment, I received a phone call telling me to come in 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment and from the time that I had confirmed previously in the text message. The person did not ask me if I could come early. They requested I come in early. They did not bother to ask me if I was available, which I wasn’t. They were rude and entitled. I go to the address in the text message. There’s a note on the door that says they’ve moved a while ago. I call the office and it’s a rigamaroll to get the new address. This makes me 15 minutes late for my appointment. I get to the appointment and wait for 45 minutes to be seen. When I go into the room, the medical assistant proceeds to try and get a height and weight on me. I tell him my height and I had a weight done in the morning. He proceeds to engage in a back and forth asking me if I’m sure of my height, despite the fact that I am 33 and my height has been the same since I was 12. Not only does he make me take my boots off to stand for a height, he lies about the reading and in a matter of factly way, tells me I’m 4 pounds heavier than I told him. The doctor comes in after. He has okay bedside manner. He asks me if I’m fasting. I told him no. My appointment was set for 3pm. He then tells me he can’t do blood work today. I will have to come back. Complete inconvenience, but whatever. Why this isn’t mentioned in a confirmation for my appointment beforehand for an annual physical makes no sense. Why the office takes appointment at 3pm for annual physicals also makes no sense if you need to be fasting for bloodwork. I try and make an appointment just to come in to get bloodwork drawn. That turns into a big hassle. The morning of the bloodwork, which was scheduled for 915am, I get a missed call at 830am from the office and voicemail saying don’t come in because the bloodwork tech isn’t going to be in until 1000am and they have to reschedule me until after 10am. Whatever. I get there and the line is winding around. When I finally get to the front, they tell me I’m not on the list. Apparently the office had not rescheduled me, despite having called and left a voicemail. The reception person allows me to stay. I go inside and wait for 1 hour to be seen. While I’m there, an elderly man asked the reception when will he be seen because he’s been waiting since 830am. At this time, it’s 1045am. Apparently he showed up to his appointment on time and the office told him in person the bloodwork tech wasn’t going to be in until 10am. Im assuming he opted to stay and wait because of inconvenience, however, people were coming in after him and being seen before him. Disastrous. They finally call my name. I go and it literally takes 10 minutes. That was 3 weeks ago. I have not heard from the doctor or the office about my results, despite having called two times now. I was told by the doctor he would call me with the results, he didn’t. I was told by the receptionist they would leave a message for the doctor to call and discuss my results. He still didn’t call. I asked them if I could come in and pick up my results, they said they would call me back when they had it ready for me that day. That was last week. Still, I’ve received no phone call. They told me they could mail them it me last week. Today I called. The receptionist tells me it can’t be mailed because of HIPAA. I am beyond aggravated and done with this practice. I just want my blood work so I can be completely done with this office.
