“Dr. Casser is highly knowledgeable and experienced, and he approaches care with confidence and clinical precision. If you are looking for a straightforward doctor who gets to the facts quickly, he will deliver that. However, his bedside manner can feel cold and at times dismissive, and the office staff reflects a similar tone. If you value warmth and empathy in your care experience, this may not be the right fit.”

Dr Casser is my primary physician and I like him as a doctor and I’m free to ask questions if I don’t understand something. I would recommend him to my friends.
Verified patient
He took his time to listen, made the correct diagnosis, prescribed the right medication, and I felt better the very next day.

Efficient
Verified patient
Wait time was not long and Dr. Casser knew exactly what to do for my condition. The visit overall went well, but when he drew blood, he was a bit rough and blew my vein. Arm was bruised and swollen for 2 weeks. Additionally, the prescription he was supposed to send over to my pharmacy was never sent. Will not be going back.
Dr Casser is an older doctor and he listens to your concerns and talks to you about your visit and wants to know if you have any questions or concerns. He calls you to go over your test and will do a follow up visit to make sure you are doing okay. I like Dr. Casser and his office is close to my home.

Friendly provider and office staff. Dr. Casser listened to my concerns and addressed them all while I was there. Very efficient and did not feel rushed. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Plenty of parking spaces as well.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctor
Everything went smoothly. My first time to this doctor or any doctor in a while. Doctor Michael and staff very friendly. Told the doctor on my current situation. I set up everything online thru Zocdoc. I just had to provide them with an additional card to do with insurance. Now I have my follow up appointment next month. So far, so good.

This was hands down one of the worst visits I've ever had. The office was grimy, like no one has actually cleaned it in years. Doc Cassar is a condescending bully who leaves the door open to the exam room, has a know it all attitude, with no manners. Tried to take blood immediate without washing his hands, putting on gloves, and then shamed me for not wanting to by saying "ok well that's your choice, it's really hard to knows what's going on if I can't take blood". Slid the leg extender back in so fast in retaliation and went to go sit and type notes or whatever on his laptop. I asked if he needed me for anything else while I was sitting on the table crying from being overwhelmed by the experience, and he said "no, not right now..." As if I should have known to leave the room. I walked out as fast as I could. This was awful. Definitely do not recommend.
I left the office in worse shape than I went in. This was a terrible grimy waiting room and exam room. Dr. Casser barely greeted me, introduced himself with his back turned while walking down the hallway. Left the exam room door open, and listened to what I came in with. Immediately after he started setting up to take blood, had Not washed his hands, had Not put on gloves. I advised that I needed a moment, then didn't want to give blood like this, he shamed me by saying "ok that's your choice, makes it really hard to figure out what's going on if I can't see inside" . Slid the leg extender back in while I was still laying down as retaliation. He sat at his computer typing notes silently for a few mins while I was crying and overwhelmed by his behaviour. I asked if he needed anything else from me, he retorted "no, not right now....". I walked out of there as fast as I could. It was awful. Please save yourself the co-pay and emotional damage.
I went through alot of doctors before I finally found Dr. Casser. He has been my primary physician for about 20 years now... He's been on point with diagnosis. He'll ask you and listens to what you have to say. He genuinely cares about you & your health. I would highly recommend him!

Empty office. Staff not courteous. Doctor bedside manners good and examined well. Missed lab test orders which are standard of care like missing diabetes screening on an annual physical. Labs not resulted a week later. Tone of entitlement in the office staff. Overall good doctor but not uptodate with an out of touch office staff. Would not recommend.
No wait time, was seen by the doctor right away.

You will be seen on time! Be sure to arrive 15 mins early for check in processing. Dr C is polite and gentle. Got my blood work taken and barely felt a thing (I’m extremely winey with needles). Fast and effective, gives you undivided attention from beginning to end. So happy to have found my new PCP.

Super friendly and helpful! Totally recommended!

My first check up after moving to NJ and my experience here was very positive. My appointment was for 9:30 and I was 10 minutes early as recommended. I was quickly seen as all my paperwork was filled out online. Dr. Casser actively listened as he took notes. He also addressed my concerns, provided recommendations, answered all my questions, all while doing his own painless blood work. I forgot their name but the administrator at the front desk was very polite and quick. If the rest of my visits are like this I am sure to visit this practice for years to come.
Verified patient
His bedside manner can be a bit more warm however he does everything from blood work to the physical himself. There’s long wait times. Expect to wait an hour.
Dr. Casser takes the time to listen to all your concerns. Really wants to know you as a patient and I loved that! He’s so kind and very attentive did a full exam.
