Hi, I’m Dr. Jeremiah Kloss — a USMC veteran, Doctor of Chiropractic, and lifelong student of human performance. My path to opening Encourage Chiropractic here in Half Moon Bay (94019) has been anything but typical — and that’s what makes this place different. I first fell in love with movement and physical health while serving as a Martial Arts Instructor in the United States Marine Corps. I trained hundreds of Marines, pushing both their bodies and minds to the edge, while learning how powerful positive reinforcement and intelligent training can be — especially in tough moments. After earning my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Oregon State University – Cascades, I pursued chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, later transferring and graduating from Life Chiropractic College West in 2022. I became a licensed California chiropractor in April 2023. In July 2023, I opened Encourage Chiropractic with one goal: To offer chiropractic care in Half Moon Bay that actually teaches people how to move better, heal faster, and take control of their long-term health. Here’s what that looks like: 45-minute appointments that include adjustments, soft tissue work, strength training, and real education A veteran-owned, patient-first clinic built on encouragement, empathy, and functional progress Care that blends modern sports rehab, neuro-muscular retraining, and traditional chiropractic methods When I’m not working with patients, I’m training, studying, or walking the beach with my wife Brittney and our dogs — doing my best to live the same values I encourage in others.
