About Dr. Jeremiah Sisay
I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy in 2005—yes, I was a pharmacist before becoming a physician! In 2010, I began medical school at the University of Kansas Medical Center while still working as a pharmacist. I completed medical school in 2014 and went on to do my Internal Medicine residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, which I completed in 2017. That was three years of focused training in adult medicine.
Since then, I’ve worked both as a hospitalist—caring for patients in the hospital—and in private practice. I currently serve as the lead physician at Grace and Joy Medical, where I provide primary care for adults of all backgrounds.
Outside of work, I enjoy sports, spending time with family, and Biking whenever I can.

Awesome Dr. Sisay is amazing at what he does! From the front desk to the doctors room the experience is wonderful and I'm progressing quickly. The doctor and staff are truly attentive to all needs and understanding. Highly satisfied.

My experience was excellent. I was told the staff was very helpful and friendly. This was shown throughout the visit. The doctor had excellent bedside manners and he cared. All staff was very kind and professional. They all make you feel comfortable and welcome. I would return to this office.
