Dr. Jeremie Rachunow is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Doctor who joined Medical Arts Centers to serve the uptown and downtown populations of New York City. With over 30 years of experience, she is a knowledgeable and compassionate provider working alongside other Board-Certified Physicians to perform comprehensive evaluations of her patients' issues.
Dr. Rachunow accepts patients aged nineteen and older and is currently accepting new patients for annual health exams and general consultations. She is a dedicated Primary Care Physician skilled in managing acute and chronic medical problems, preventive care, and disease screening. She takes time to understand symptoms and provide accurate diagnoses to ensure her patients' continued health.

I had a nice experience. I was seen by the front desk and they were polite,courteous and professional. The staff that did my procedures were very nice and professional and knowledgeable. The doctor was very professional, listened attentively as I described my concerns and took it into account when ordering lab work and procedures. I saw a review that spoke negatively of her ;however, I had a great experience. I was given my follow up appointment for two weeks to discuss all results with my new PCP. You will have to wait a bit to her ,but I didn't wait long . She is patient and thorough in hearing her patients' concerns therefore it may take a bit.

The office is an insurance mill. I had negative blood results, but not heard back about the results.. The annual was just a stethoscope on the chest thing, that was it! 2 of the 3 meds she wrote up didn’t go through, so complete waste of time as I had to get them elsewhere.
I think she was a bit too challenged by the computer. But she is a warm, kind person!

She's truly wonderful. She did all my tests and took a lot of her time. She's amazing, understanding, kind, and loves her work and her patients. As for the rest of the staff at the center, they are all very respectful, kind, and patient. I wish them all the best.

Dr. Rachunow is such a RockStar sweetheart!!! I haven't had a physical in a VERY LONG while. I gave her a brief history of my background with current aches, pain, concerns, etc. She scheduled me for A LOT of tests same day, which for me, I am grateful for bc I haven't been seen by a physician I trust and that cares the way she does in a while. Thankfully the office is pretty much a one -stop shop providing almost all of the care needed. Ran a bunch of tests same day and received results in the next day or 2. Only thing that needed to be scheduled outside of their office was X-rays/Radiology. (They have another office downtown for that) Her bedside manner was very warm and welcoming. I'm just upset at myself for not having her as my PCP sooner. Thank you for everything Dr. Rachunow. :)

Dr. Jeremie Rachunow was very efficient, knowledgable, and sweet during my annual physical appointment! The staff at 14 Street Medical was very helpful and friendly, but definitely seemed very busy. They did an excellent job guiding me through my physical and getting my bloodwork done, despite the large volume of patients to whom they were attending. Through no fault of the 14 Street Medical team, I did experience a long wait to see my doctor, but once I had the chance to meet with Dr. Rachunow, she saw to all of my needs and made helpful suggestions to address my health concerns. The doctor was kind but the "physical" was lackluster and all they did was refer me to other physicians. The doctor spent much more time filling out my referrals than assessing my health. Further, the office itself felt like it was a "check-up" mill. It was evident that they tried to cram as many people as possible. I wasted 30 minutes trying to get a reference number from my insurance because the office had not communicated that the provider I was seeing was not under my insurance so I had to switch my doctor when I showed up for my appointment. They should have communicated this before my appointment. Sadly, this incompetence ended up delaying my appointment which meant the blood lab was closed by the time I was cleared to see the doctor.
If you are looking for a place where you can have a meaningful doctor-patient relationship I assure you this place is not it.

Appointments don’t seem to matter here so just walk in as they’re very disorganized. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment only for them to tell me I have to change my PCP then I had to sit on the phone with my Insurance when they could have called me 24 hours before my appointment. Waited almost 3 hours after my initial 11:20 appointment. Very disappointed

I appreciated her thoroughness and the fact that she answered all my questions without rushing. The appointment was on time, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.
