What is your typical process for working with clients?
A typical visit starts with a thoughtful check in on your symptoms, daily functioning, and overall well being. I review your history, discuss any changes since the last visit, and assess how current medications are working.
I provide medication management along with brief psychotherapy during sessions. This includes supportive and skills based interventions, education, and problem solving to help you better manage symptoms between visits. Treatment is collaborative, structured, and focused on steady progress over time.
