What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect thoughtful and personalized medication management. I take time to fully understand your symptoms, history, and concerns before making recommendations. Medications are discussed clearly, including benefits, risks, and what to expect, so you can make informed decisions. My goal is to use medication in a careful, evidence based way to support symptom relief while minimizing side effects. We monitor progress closely and adjust as needed, always working together and at a pace that feels right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical visit starts with a thoughtful check in on your symptoms, daily functioning, and overall well being. I review your history, discuss any changes since the last visit, and assess how current medications are working. I provide medication management along with brief psychotherapy during sessions. This includes supportive and skills based interventions, education, and problem solving to help you better manage symptoms between visits. Treatment is collaborative, structured, and focused on steady progress over time.
