I booked an appointment for a physical. In hindsight, I should have asked if I needed to get bloodwork done prior to the exam because I drove up there to chat for a few minutes and then get sent out to have bloodwork done and book another follow up appointment in a couple of weeks after it is complete. I guess expediting the checkup process is not good for business. Now I’ll have to pay 2 copays for one physical examination. Lesson learned.

Dr Richards is a nice man. He is thorough and great “bedside” manner. He explains things very clearly and very well. Always easy to get in for an appointment. Never any issues with my refills either. The staff is very kind and friendly and know me by name along with Dr Richards.

Had an appointment on a Monday afternoon and got seen right away. The office staff were polite and took care of everything appropriately. Dr. Richards has great bedside manner and wants to make sure I'm well taken care of.

Over the past few years, I have followed Dr. Richards from Plano to McKinney. He is a wealth of knowledge as being very kind and patient. I am always able to get right in when I need to see Dr. Richards. I highly recommend him to anyone. His staff is also very kind and helpful.
