Finding Hope and Healing Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. Perhaps your relationship feels distant, communication has become strained, or you and your partner keep having the same arguments without knowing how to move forward. You may long to feel more connected, understood, and supported but aren’t sure where to begin. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or painful past experiences. Maybe you’re exhausted from constantly overthinking, feeling stuck in the same patterns, or struggling to balance the expectations of everyday life. Whether you’re seeking support as a couple or individual, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change. Come exactly as you are, and together we’ll work toward healing, growth, and building healthier, more fulfilling relationships—with yourself and with those who matter most. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, feel genuinely heard, and know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Couples and Individual Therapy I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University, where I developed specialized training in working with individuals, couples, and family systems. My passion is helping people reconnect with the strength, wisdom, and inner resources that have been within them all along. I believe therapy provides a safe, compassionate space to gently unpack what has been weighing you down, make sense of your experiences, and create room for healing, growth, and a renewed sense of hope. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your resilience, build a stronger relationship with yourself, and create deeper, more meaningful connections with the people who matter most to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy Designed Around You I view therapy as a collaborative process and my role is to to help you reconnect with the resilience that’s already within you, even if it feels like its been buried by the weight of life’s experiences. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that continue to shape how you think, feel, and connect with yourself and others. For couples, it may mean strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, breaking unhelpful relationship patterns, and rediscovering the connection that brought you together in the first place. For individuals, that may mean learning to trust yourself again, heal from past experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, or navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity and self-compassion.
