I like to practice evidence-based medicine with a collaborative approach in which the patient and I make decisions as a team (shared decision-making). I am a family nurse practitioner with a passion for lactation, sexual/reproductive health, prenatal care, GYN procedures, and pediatrics. I have worked on medical missions in the Guatemalan Highlands and refugee camps in Greece where I provided primary and perinatal care to women and children. To stay healthy and happy, I love to hike with my dogs and partner. I also love to paddle board and hang out with friends.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We know reaching out for help can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to take it alone. Our mission is to make the process easier, kinder, and more accessible, so you feel understood and supported from the very first moment. With a team that works in partnership with you, we are committed to providing psychiatric care that is both clinically excellent and rooted in compassion. Your initial consultation is about 55 minutes. You’ll have time to share your story, ask questions, and start shaping a care plan that feels right for you, whether that includes therapy, medication, or both.
