About Dr. Jesse Moss Jr.
Dr. Jesse Moss Jr. began his journey at Hampton Institute (1960-1964). After graduating from the University of Connecticut in 1966, with a Masters in Physics, Jesse Moss, Jr. began his first career as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army, serving in both Vietnam and Korea. For four years, while in the military, Jesse Moss, Jr. was assigned to the United Sates Military Academy, at West Point, New York, in the Department of Physics, as an instructor to the corps of cadets. Jesse Moss, Jr. served in the U.S. army for thirteen years before pursing a career as a physician. He graduated from from the University of Iowa School of Medicine at Iowa City, Iowa, in 1981. He then returned to the military to continue his medical training from 1981 to 1986, with a flexible internship and a residency in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck surgery at Brooke Army Medical School (BAMC) at Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. Upon completion of his medical training, he became a staff officer in the same department where he had studied as a resident. In 1989, LTC Jesse Moss, Jr., M.D. chose to retire from the military and devote himself to caring for the citizens in and around the community of San Antonio, Texas. He became part of the C.A. Whittier and National Medical Society in 1987, Dr. Jesse Moss continues to enjoy practicing medicine and being an advocate for the improvement in patients' health issues. He believes education opens the doorway to whatever paths lie ahead.

My appointment went well with Joseph warner, Physician assistant who saw me promptly at my scheduled time. He was extremely professional, listened patiently to all my complaints and performed my throat examination with no pain or discomfort. He seemed passionate, highly knowledgeable and also offered me some med samples in the end. The only thing I would suggest is may be they can schedule CT scan after the provider visit only if it is absolutely necessary as it is a lot of radiation after all....The entire staff and the clinic was super nice as well!!

I have no bases for rating Dr Moss, that why I've chosen "Probably Not". As a first time patient I did not see Dr Moss. Needless to say I was terribly disappointed. Never had that happen. Instead I was told by Amy that Brandon would see me. I must give Brandon the PA high marks for listening to my concerns, explaining with clarity what could be happening proceeded to perform a minor procedure, ordered medication and sent a referral to an audiology provider.
He was in the office so I hope he at least show himself to every first time patient in the future even if a PA needs to take over.

Although I didn’t see dr. Moss that appointment, I was very well taken care of. The PA got to the bottom of the issues I’ve been having for years and explained in great detail.
My next appointment is with Dr. Moss and I’m looking forward to it!
