My doctor never sent me meeting credentials (it was a tele-appointment) and never showed for our appointment.
Please don’t charge me for this appointment as nothing took place.

I would advise people not to book with this doctor.
The first thing the doctor says to me is “I heard you have [insert infection]”, which nowhere in my format did I say that. Only marked that I was coming to the appointment for an infection. From there, she made me answer 30 minutes of unrelated personal info and medical history as well.
After speaking about this one infection, she advises I get bloodwork for LEUKEMIA, and she doubled down on it after asking her if she believes I’m at potential risk.
The doctor also prescribed me an antibiotic that is dangerous to take alongside a medication I take on a daily basis. This was simple and she should have known it. At the level of my daily med dosage, I would’ve had heart rhythm issues had I taken it alongside her prescription.
No bedside manner and put me in danger.

Terrible experience with Dr. Jessica Allan and her team. It has been over a month since she and her team sent me for test results, and I haven’t heard back at all. I have called the office multiple times but have heard nothing. I took some serious blood tests as well. Her front office team is unprofessional and disorganized.

Dr was great. Zocdoc was not!! 2nd time I made my appointment on Zocdoc. First was cancelled the morning of with no call. 2nd time I got a call to reschedule my appointment yesterday to 1pm however the doctors office did not have me in the system. They were completely booked and did fit me in but told me not to use zoc doc again. Was very annoying. This service should make things easier not more difficult.

I really liked the doctor. I was a little irritated that the office staff does not accept ZocDoc paperwork so I had to fill everything out with a ball point pen. Kind of silly.
But I liked Dr. Allan.
