Jessica is an experienced Eating Disorder Dietitian with over 5 years experience in treating clients. She loves to help her patients reach food autonomy and experience the joy of living in their bodies with confidence. She has offered treatment in pediatric nutrition, women's health, and sports nutrition with focuses on picky eating, pre-postnatal health and endurance nutrition. Jessica believes all foods can and should be enjoyed as its one of life's simple pleasures.
Jessica will not only motivate you to reach your wellness goal she will guide and walk alongside you. During your first session with Jessica you will do a nutrition assessment which will get to share what you goals and objectives you are hoping to achieve. It will also allow her to see your health, lifestyle history in a more complete picture.
