“Everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming. Molly at the front desk was amazing—any time I needed to switch an appointment, she helped me quickly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude. Jessica Caspar, the primary doctor I worked with, was wonderful. She was not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and real, which is something you don’t always find in healthcare. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I always felt respected. The physical therapy staff were fantastic as well. They made each session enjoyable, always had great conversation, and created an environment where i didn’t feel uncomfortable. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. If you’re dealing with an injury or any physical issues, you should definitely come to this place. Also, when you first come with the directions, it will say it’s in the front but it’s really in the back”

It overall was a great appointment. The staff was very friendly. I left knowing everyone’s name. It was a hr plus wait for the First Lady to see me then about 10-20 minutes in between doctors so overall the appointment was about 2 hours. Which long but not too bad. Overall I would definitely go back.

Dr. Jessica Casper was exceptional. mild easy going and happy appearance. I received 10 shots from her for an inflammation in my thumb and wrist area and they were nearly painless. Very professional and answered all questions I had. highly rrecommend. Five star!!!
On another note Lisa Zellar also deserves Five Stars for her professionalism and knowledge. Totally through in her explanations and delivery. definitely recommend her also.

This appointment was the best I have had in a while! The provider listened to me and explained every part of the exam. The case manager was also wonderful and a great listener! The bedside manner for everyone was incredible including front desk staff.

Modern clean office and friendly staff. Initial wait time was slightly long but staff was friendly and helpful. Had to wait until next appt to get help with pain but was booked immediately for the next morning. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Complete waste of my time. Despite having my insurance card the day before the appointment and taking it to make a copy when I arrived for the appointment, they had me fill out all of the paper work, and then wait and wait in the waiting room. Someone came out and took me into a room and let me explain all about my issues, then told me what would happen today at the appointment only to finish with WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE.

If you have back issues and have had trouble finding the right fix for or a provider that is genuinely trying to fix their patients and not just say “next!” and take in the money, this place is your best bet. I thought I was heading to an appointment at your usual doctors office, until I got there. I then realized that this place was different. Everything from the atmosphere when you walk in to the way the NP’s, doctors and even the secretary treat you is unique. I give it an A+!

To start off, this office requires you have two appointments before any treatment starts, and this isn’t to talk bad about the nurse as she was wonderful. Secondly, they seem to be the kind of place where they practice alternative solutions, and as a result, insurance won’t cover some of their treatments. I went in for an ankle injury, and the initial appointment went well. The second appointment where I talked with the case manager, she offered two solutions. The first one was physical therapy, which I have already completed prior to this appointment, or a costly bone marrow stem cell injection that is not covered by insurance and would require two more costly maintenance injections for the rest of my life. I would try to avoid this place if you’re seeking treatment that’s beyond soreness or tightness, and just go to an orthopedic doctor or a different specialist.
