Dr. Chin completed her undergraduate degree at NYU, where she majored in Biology. She received her doctorate degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to do her Family Medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital where she was chief resident.

Nice staff and doctor. Made me feel comfortable. Not judgmental. For most part, no miscommunication or mistake. Only one instance of that, was with someone at the front from one of my previous visits. But was able to call and have it fix without too much hassle. Maybe sometimes talk too fast for me, so I might be unclear about some things. But I’m able to ask questions, and have them patiently answered/explained to me. One of my previous visits, I personally would like it better if they have let me know about a referral in private for my personal comfort. Maybe make sure to privately ask the patient if it’s ok to talk freely in front of another person, including even if it’s a family member. Still nice staff. And last visit, there was no issue with that or anything private related. Politely asking me things to make sure I’m comfortable. I appreciate it!

I highly recommend it here! My doc is so nice and considerate, and everyone in the office really goes out of their way to be kind and conscientious and on top of things, and they always listen to your concerns. It's also a nice, clean, modern office, and they see you quickly.

They saw me right me away and the staff was nice. Dr. Chin-tan has been nice and comforting, awhile also trying to answer any questions I might have. I like that she isn’t like sterile polite.
Although for one visit, I needed something specific to be done, so I was told how this would go. I even confirmed about how it would go, twice before I left. But after some days passed, one of the staff (who sounded like the one that I talked to during my visit) told me something different, acting like this was what was told to me in the first place. It was fixed in the end and was still nice about it.
Wish the staff didn’t give bit of my medical info to a family of mine. Nothing too bad and not upset at them, but would had liked if it wasn’t like that. There are some assumptions that I know exactly with everything being said. Some being quickly said. Still, I try to keep up and ask when need be. And overall they are nice about it.

I’d highly recommend Dr Jessica Chin, Family Practice Physician in Flushing NY, She was extremely responsive towards my health concerns, and is an exceptional physician and a thorough professional.
And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Chin-Tan was really wonderful! She asked me thoughtful questions, took her time with, clearly explained everything, and I felt that she genuinely cared. She even helped navigate whether options were covered under my plan. I felt heard and cared for and she was really down to earth! Her staff was likewise incredibly helpful and patient even when I had an insurance issue. Overall one of the best doctor visits I’ve had in years.

Everything about my office visit was exceptional. The front staff is competent and friendly. The assistants are knowledgeable and detailed. Doctor Chin was exceptionally attentive and took care of all my concerns with the upmost respect and understanding. Def will recommend.

Doctor was great- she seemed like she does a careful and thorough checkup which I really appreciate. The only thing that might be a bit uncomfortable is that the bathroom is outside in the waiting area, so you have to walk through there with your urine sample. Office itself is nice and clean and staff is friendly. Her assistant wasn't able to find my vein though, so I had pretty intense bruising on both arms after having my blood drawn. Still waiting on test results.

Her office is 45 mins away from me but she had great reviews so I went for it. Office was clean. EKG and bloodworks were done onsite which was great! Cindy the nurse was very polite and friendly. Explained paperworks and what she’s going to do first. Dr. Chin-Tan was friendly, polite and thorough. Great bedside manners. She took the time to know my history and discussed my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. Choosing her as my PCP was a great choice.

they fail to communicate over insurance bills and end up having the lab charge on patient for an annual physical which should be free. I did not get response on email enquiry and cannot reach the doctor when I call. their attitude is very impolite and unwilling to follow-up and coordinate with insurance and lab representative.
the office visit was lengthy and slow. Would not recommend to anyone.
