What should a new client know about working with you?
I use both therapy and medication to provide personalized mental health care. My approach blends proven therapy methods with careful medication use to address the various factors contributing to mental health conditions. By combining therapy to target emotional patterns with medication to relieve symptoms, my goal is to support overall well-being and help clients reach their treatment goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During our first appointment, I will be asking you questions to learn about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We will discuss family history, medical history, and any problems you're having. You might talk about your mood, sleep, energy level, and other things that are bothering you. This information is used to understand what might be causing your difficulties and to figure out the best way to help you feel better. It's a chance for you to share your concerns and for me to figure out how to best support you. Some diagnoses are straight forward and we can start treatment right away, while sometimes there might be additional tests or treatments recommended. When you leave the office, I want you to leave with a sense of hope, feeling that you were heard and understood.

I have had an amazing experience every time I meet with Jessica. She is very knowledgeable regarding all mental health disorders and all medication available.
