Getting to know Jessica Geihsler

My goal is to help individuals achieve optimal mental wellness through a holistic approach using psychotherapy and medication management. Mental health can be a roller coaster, and I am here to help you navigate each of the ups and downs that life offers. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive care. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. For each client, I strive to provide mental health care without judgment. Too often, individuals are judged based on their history or mental illness, and I am committed to creating a nonjudgmental space where you can receive the care necessary for your overall mental well-being. Please reach out to start your journey to "feel more like you."

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means stepping into a space where you can truly exhale. I strive to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, supported, and respected. My approach is grounded in compassion and understanding — every visit is about meeting you where you are and working together toward your goals. I want each session to feel easy, approachable, and centered on helping you feel better, not overwhelmed. Your mental health journey deserves care that feels calm, kind, and collaborative.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is built around meeting you where you are — in every sense. I know life doesn’t always fit neatly into a schedule, so I offer flexible appointment times to make care as accessible and convenient as possible. Every client I see is unique, and I approach each session with that in mind. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan here; together, we’ll create a path that fits your goals, pace, and comfort level. My goal is to make sessions feel supportive, personalized, and truly centered on you.
