I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful all the staff were that I dealt with. From the front desk, to the nurse, and the dr of course. I felt my issues were truly heard and that our plan of action moving forward will resolve my issues. Highly recommend.

The PA-C and the woman who took my info inside the examining room were extremely nice and very efficient. Dr. Goez calmed my nerves, treated me painlessly and solved my issue.
The people at the front desk were not quite as friendly. I stood for a while waiting for one person to get off the phone to hand her my insurance card. The other person never even glanced at me. It seemed they had overbooked as there were people in the hall outside the full waiting room when I left.
Overall the visit was a positive experience. I've been here before and this is the first time I've waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. It is a holiday week so I'm sure many people tried to get in while off from work.

This was a follow up appointment with Jessica Goez PA, to assess the effectiveness of the prescribed medications on the problem skin site. She was pleased to observe an improvement, and provided me with instructions on continued use of the medication and appropriate skin care for increased improvement. I was completely satisfied with this visit, and was informed that I could return to the office if needed in the future.

This was my 2 week follow up appointment with this PA. Apologies were made for the extended delay, and the PA decided that sending a specimen of my problem area would be best, as the prescribed medication was ineffective in eradicating the erythema. I was told that I would be contacted with the test results, and then be advised about the next course of action. Once again, I was completely satisfied with my visit, and look forward to hearing from the PA.

My experience at this office was excellent, as it has always been. I scheduled my appointment earlier in the day for the evening, and was seen promptly. After providing the nurse with the details related to my visit, the PA then came in. I had seen her for another issue over a year ago, and was very glad to be able to schedule an appointment with her. She is a very pleasant lady with a great personality, and is easy to communicate with. After explaining my current dermatological problem, she assessed the area and was able to identify the cause, and provide me with a diagnosis. She explained what the treatment would be, and forwarded the prescription to my pharmacy. I’m hoping that my issue will subside within the two weeks that I was instructed to use this medication. I was completely satisfied with my visit, and relieved to finally know what this skin issue was associated with. I highly recommend this dermatology practice to anyone with an issue requiring intervention.

The doctor Jessica was very good, also nurse was very kind!
The receptionist was not good at all, she didn’t talk professionally with patients.
She didn’t say hi or anything i was there waiting next to reception for more than 5 min! She had attitude and only think that she said she asked me to pay copay and send insurance document in email.
Her attitude was very bad and i don’t like this kind of attitude!

PA Goez was supposed to contact me between 7-10 days but did not. In fact, I had to call several times before I could speak with her assistant who finally called me back with results of a biopsy. Even if the results were delayed, a call back would have been the right thing to do, especially since she assured me before I left the office that she would call. Her assistant asked questions that she should have known by looking at my chart. I really like this office and it's generally easy to get an appointment. But I think communication needs to improve.

The PA was on time, I had prior questions with her assistant, and then I spoke to the PA. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. It was refreshing to have a medical practitioner be thorough and take the time to tell me me how to use the medicine and how to prevent my reaction to a plant in the future. She was able to prescribe medicine that is working well.

My visit felt rushed. I had a few questions/concerns and was interested in hearing about cosmetic procedures (that I would pay out of pocket for in the future) but my provider seemed uninterested in giving me more information. I also had to call the office several times over 2 days so that she would finally send in my prescriptions. Placed on hold well over 5 minutes. Awful. I’ll never return.

I booked an appointment with one PA, but they sent a different person into the room. She was wearing a mask I could not hear anything she said, spent 5 minutes with me and that’s all. The assistant that took my history was nicer and explained more than the physician. I am a bit disappointed with the physicians assistant that I saw.
