About Dr. Jessica Harris
Dr. Jessica Harris-Shannon is a co-founder of Legacy Chiropractic. Dr. Harris-Shannon
grew up in Decatur, GA and attended Tennessee State University where she majored in Biology and Chemistry. Upon graduating from TSU, Dr. Harris-Shannon received her masters’ degree in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of Louisville. After personally experiencing how chiropractic care can help the body function at its optimal level, she knew this was her calling in life.
Dr. Jessica Harris-Shannon graduated magna cum laude from Life University in
Marietta, GA. She interned and practiced at one of the largest chiropractic offices in the Dallas, TX area. Although Dr. Harris-Shannon fell in love with the city of Dallas, it has always been her passion to return home to the greater Atlanta area and serve the community that has given her so much throughout the years. Harris-Shannon, alongside her husband Dr. Shannon, is dedicated to serving the DeKalb County and greater Atlanta area with principled chiropractic care.

It was great! Dr. Harris is very welcoming and nice. Also, she is very personable and made me feel comfortable as well as heard. She's a good listener, which helped me anxiety about coming to a chiropractor.

Dr. J and Dr. Q are the best chiropractors that I have ever seen. They have resolved the ongoing back & neck pain that I have had for years - through adjustments and the recommended exercises. Legacy Chiropractic are the part of my health care team that I have always needed. Do yourself a favor & check them out.

I have really appreciated that the doctor explain the health-forward plan. Health is an investment. I have been able to bring current health situations (pain, injury or discomfort) and it is addressed and discussed in each session. I appreciate the practice is family owned and community - invested! =)
