I hold advanced certification as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), demonstrating extensive training and expertise in the assessment and treatment of ADHD.
As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), I specialize in providing personalized recommendations for nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments. This approach allows me to work collaboratively with patients to manage their mental health more effectively, using a comprehensive and holistic framework.
I am also passionate about supporting women through the mental health challenges of perimenopause and menopause. To better serve this underserved area, I'm expanding my expertise to offer focused, evidence-based mental health support for women during this transformative stage!
