I was disappointed by this visit. The attending nurse seemed inexperienced and started admonishing me without good reason. When the doctor came in, she seemed in a rush and left the appointment after 5 mins telling me to come again early March without giving me a detailed prognosis. Not what I expected.

I had to follow up because my trigger thumb had returned. Dr. Intravia saw me right away and answered my questions and reassured me about course of treatment. I went with the cortisone shot again and am hopeful that will do it, but understand the plan should the trigger thumb return. I strongly recommend her for any hand issues.

Service was awesome. The entire medical staff was aware of my appointment and were on point. Doctor explained my problem and treated me right away, assuring me the benefits of the treatment, what to expect and what not to. Was given heads up of when to return or when there wouldn’t be no need to return.

Booked an appointment to get a second opinion after surgery was recommended from another Doctor. Really appreciated Dr. Intravia's confidence and recommendation to try an alternate method to correcting my wrist issue at least one more time. She even ordered an x-ray to be sure that there wasn't another issue present. Great bedside manner, and I hope for my own sake there's not a need to return, but if I do, I'll be grateful to be in her care.
