Radical Healing specializes in ADHD and Autism diagnosis for neurodiverse individuals of all ages using widely accepted, gold standard psychological tests. We offer treatment for ADHD, autism, and all mental health concerns from a neurodiverse perspective. As a small, accessible practice, we are happy to accommodate your individual needs. We are LGBTQ+ affirming, TGNC competent, advocates for communities of color, and passionately support Health at Every Size. Our approach includes unique variations on standard psychiatry such as supplements and herbs, hormone replacement therapy, thyroid treatment, suboxone, sexual dysfunction treatment for all genders, medical cannabis, home ketamine therapy, and ketamine microdosing. We provide thorough psychological testing for our ADHD and Autism clients, including assessments of attention, memory, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. We offer the ADOS-2 and the ADI-R, the gold standard evaluations for autism. Additionally, we assess for sensory processing disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and OCD. The provider holds a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Rochester, bringing advanced clinical expertise to the practice.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Radical Healing approaches care from an informed consent, harm reduction model. We seek to hear your concerns within the context of your experiences. We hope to validate you as you will always know yourself better than any professional. We aim to create access to care, treatment, and accommodations for those communities that are commonly denied. We want to be challenged; if you feel you know the diagnosis that fits you best or if you have done your own research on a particular treatment that you believe is best for you, we want to hear it and we’ll do our best to support you in your journey!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

. We operate with full transparency. Let us know your goals for working with us and our first step will be to let you know if we can provide this service, the cost that will be billed to insurance, and any cost you might expect to pay out of pocket. We’ll let you know what your potential treatment plan might look like and the steps that will be expected of you. Such as, how many visits diagnostic testing will require, how long it will take, which tests will be performed, and what to expect from each of them. We want you to be comfortable discussing any questions or concerns you might have throughout your care.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance

Initial session: $350 for 60 minutes

Ongoing session: $200 for 30 minutes

Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
