About Dr. Jessica Kreidler
Growing up in Chicago, Jessica received her Bachelor's degree from Saint Louis University and her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Maryland.
As an audiologist at Audiology Associates, she is a key part of the team and is responsible for many important functions, including diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid assessments, electroacoustic analysis, tinnitus evaluations, and hearing aid fittings.
While she often has a lot on her plate, she remains attentive and professional with each patient, ensuring every encounter is positive.

I like Dr Kreidler. She is personable and professional. She is clear in giving directions and setting expectations during hearing exams. Although there seem to be some issues with getting records to her office from other providers, she is willing to collaborate with other providers. Overall, I am happy to be in her care.

Dr. Kreidler made my experience comfortable and painless. Not only did she and her assistant, Tyler, take the time to explain every hearing test they gave me or instrument they were using, but they also took the time to answer all of my questions while never seeming to rush me. This was my first hearing appointment in a long time so I didn't know what to expect, but they made me feel at ease and gave me clear and concise instructions to follow for after the appointment. I did have to wait a little bit after my scheduled appointment time, but they were very apologetic and even came out into the waiting room to give me updates about timing, apologizing for their lateness. Overall, I'd give this office and its staff a 10/10 and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Kreidler was one of the kindest, most efficient doctors I have ever seen. She listened patiently, asked questions, and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the issue I was describing. She was thorough, did multiple checks and tests, and explained everything clearly and accessibly - from the structure of the ear to the purpose of the tests. The receptionist whose name I unfortunately have forgotten was friendly, helpful, and double checked a question about my insurance. I wish I had this kind of experience at every doctor's office. I highly recommend Dr. Kreidler and know why appointments with her are booked so far into the future!
