I am a licensed and registered dietitian with nearly 20 years of experience in dietetics. I specialize in medical nutrition therapy, general health and wellness, and weight management. I focus on whole-person health, recognizing there are many factors at play affecting our physical well-being. I am passionate about helping others elevate their overall quality of life. My provider was very knowledgeable! I appreciated her insights. Since it was the initial consultation, I don't feel like I learned as much or made action items, but that'll come with more sessions, I think!
