Jessica Perini, FNP, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with deep roots in the Abilene community. With over a decade of experience in both hospital and specialty clinic settings, Jessica brings a strong clinical background and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to West Texas Health. She began her healthcare career as a critical care nurse in the ICU and later served in gastrointestinal specialty care, gaining valuable experience managing complex patient needs. Jessica earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Hardin-Simmons University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She also holds a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, reinforcing her holistic approach to patient care. Jessica is passionate about serving patients across the lifespan, with a special focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and women’s health. As a proud Abilene native, she is honored to care for the families of her hometown and believes in building strong, lasting relationships with her patients.
