Everyone was kind and helpful at the office. Safe given COVID circumstances with absolutely no wait.

Dr. Potter was great! I did have to wait a long time to be seen though, which is my only complaint.

I had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Jessica Potter. The office was friendly, and I had almost zero wait time. They called me back before I even finished my paperwork. Dr. Potter listened to my concerns and also gave me several options. She wasn’t pushing the most expensive option which I definitely appreciate. I felt heard and involved in my care plan.

I had pain in my ankle that was diagnosed as an ankle impingement. Dr. Potter took the time to explain why it was happening, all my treatment options, answering any questions that I had. I felt well cared for, and informed about my treatment.

Dr. Potter and the nurse practitioner I saw were both so kind, efficient, and informative. My medical needs were quickly taken care of. Definitely coming back if I ever need to!

Dr Potter was great! And so was the nurse who did the intake, very friendly. A minor suggestion is for the front office staff to set expectations on wait time, especially when a significant delay. To Dr. Potter’s credit, when she entered the room she immediately apologized as she had an emergency patient that day that messed up her schedule. Easy parking in the building and a direct elevator to the fifth floor where the office is located.

Dr Potter and her team are very professional and I highly recommend them. I had some issues with my bunion and she carefully explained to me my diagnosis and what my options are. After a few visits, I decided to get surgery. She and her team took care of me from pre-surgery to post-surgery. I also like the fact that they are mindful of your time. Their office is efficient and they’re really mindful of your time.

Dr. Potter was wonderful. The first thing that I noticed is that she is very kind, patient, warm, and friendly. I immediately felt at ease. She's also extremely knowledgable and I really got the feeling that she was listening carefully and wanted to help me. I was nervous about my appointment and wasn't sure what would come out of it, but Dr. Potter took her time with me and listened to all of my concerns, history, and answered all of my questions in a really gentle and holistic way. I never got the feeling that she was trying to push procedures on me or anything like that. 10 out of 10 stars. I'll come back if & when I ever need to see a podiatrist again!
