Jessica Prince is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and is currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Her current employer is HOPE Therapy Group. -- Hello, I’m Jessica (she/her), a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I believe therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change from within. I value mindfulness, grounding, and the mind-body connection, and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their growth. Outside of therapy, I enjoy practicing yoga, exploring art & culture, and finding moments of flow and mindfulness in everyday life. I bring these values of presence, curiosity, and balance into my work with clients. I love working with women, teens, and young adults to older adults who are navigating life transitions, exploring their identity, building confidence, or looking to better understand themselves. I especially enjoy supporting clients through periods of change, personal growth, and life obstacles while helping them reconnect with themselves and move toward the life they want.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Some of my favorite approaches include an eclectic, person-centered approach, as I believe every client is unique and therapy should be tailored to their individual needs and experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal stories while creating meaningful change. I also practice cultural humility and strive to create a space where every client feels safe, seen, heard, and supported. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. I meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we’ll explore what may be holding you back, build greater self-awareness and confidence, and work toward meaningful growth. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and that meaningful change begins when we feel safe, supported, and connected to ourselves. Sessions with me are warm, collaborative, and centered around building a genuine therapeutic relationship. I take time to understand you as a whole person, including your experiences, relationships, and family dynamics. Together, we’ll identify what feels most important to you and work at a pace that feels supportive, comfortable, and meaningful.
