I was also forced to make another appointment locally to have a full round. I am unfortunately not able to recommend this provider any longer due to their new policies. I don't believe this policy benefits the patient in any way, and I have found another provider. ”

I was not seen by the provider I scheduled my appointment with. I waited 15 minutes for the appointment to start (no communication from the provider or Zocdoc) and no explanation was provided as to why I was being seen by an entirely different person than the individual I'd scheduled with.
Additionally, note that when you review your appointment, Zocdoc automatically gives a 4-star rating for an appointment that starts up to 30 minutes after the verified appointment time. If I were 15 minutes late to an appointment, I'm not certain that the provider would still see me, and yet as a patient, it seems perfectly acceptable (4 stars!) to have to wait up to 30 minutes. I would have rated that 2 stars, not 4.

The antibiotic that was prescribed for my daughter was never called in. We are three hours after the appointment and she still doesn’t have her prescription. ? Other than that, everything was fine.
