Dr Saetang was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during our consultation and session, especially as this was my first time for a Psychiatric consultation.

I was so afraid of speaking with a psychiatrist. Jessica made me feel extremely comfortable from the start of our visit, to the very end. I'm so glad I decided to take this next step and I'm so grateful for finding such a great psychiatrist! Would definitely recommend.

This was literally the best doctor’s visit experience I’ve ever had. Every time I’ve seen a psychiatrist it’s always been an awkward and cold experience, but meeting with Dr. Saetang was the complete opposite. She’s very nice and welcoming, and creates a safe space. She doesn’t just ask a checklist of questions. She just has a casual conversation with you about your life experiences from childhood to present and fills you in on what she thinks may be going on as you continue to talk. She explains everything really well and validates your feelings. I’ve never been so comfortable at a doctor’s visit. I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to write one for her because she was so great. 10/10 would recommend.

Right from the start, she made me feel really comfortable, and what impressed me the most was how professional she was. It didn’t take long for her to understand exactly what I was dealing with. She didn’t even need a lot of background info, but she just got it right away. It felt like she knew exactly what questions to ask and how to approach everything. I left feeling really validated, and I just knew I was in good hands.
