About Jessica Scott
Jessica Scott, Physician Assistant to Dr. Jay Jolley, grew up in Cleveland, TN. After relocating to Chattanooga, she graduated from Chattanooga Central High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Professional Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2005. Jessica then pursued her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where she graduated with honors in 2010.
Prior to joining Southeastern Spine and Joint, Jessica began her career in 2010 in Emergency Medicine at Sky Ridge Medical Center in Cleveland, TN. In 2011, she joined Dr. Jay Jolley’s team in spine surgery.
Jessica is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, cycling, watersports, and travel. Jessica is also an avid sports fan and especially enjoys watching her Tennessee Volunteers on Saturdays.

Front office staff was great! Polite, kind, friendly and greeted you promptly. Was called back within 10 minutes of signing in and was seen by Jessica within 10 minuets. The entire staff here is great and absolutely love them!!

My experience with Jessica was completely positive. Her Knowledge base was extraordinary. My MRI was broken down in detail as well as my treatment plan. The amount of time spent explaining the findings and course of action was much longer than expected and was made to feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Jessica was very willing to listen to any questions or input I had. A top notch practice. Would highly recommend.
