Most relevant
It was incredibly disappointing. I felt as though the appointment was an annoying favor being done for me. I was asked a checklist of questions with no concern for me to elaborate or make me feel comfortable at all. When asked if I had other questions, I did not feel comfortable to ask them and when I reached out about my concerns not being met, she was defensive and rude, explaining to me how she did her job just fine. The meet was maybe five minutes. The way I felt so unheard is why people avoid going to appointments.
