Getting to know Jessie Helmbright

I am here for you. I hold a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and a Master's in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.

What should a new client know about working with you?

WE DO NOT TAKE MEDICARE or MEDICAID. The first appointment is an intake to see what your needs are. This is charged to your insurance, so you have a copay, it will apply. Your next session (typically the next day, sometimes the same day), is when medications will be discussed and prescribed. The process my seem long but it is needed as it takes times to build a bond between patient and provider.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

They should expect to do a full intake with a staff member. That staff member will then schedule them an appointment. This gives them time to get your insurance verified. Once an intake appointment is made, we will send all documents that need to be filled out to the patient in an email. These need to be filled out before the appointment.

The intake, nurse, Amy, was great. She went out of her way to explain the intake process to me. My appointment with Jesse went great. It was the next day, which is awesome, considering some of the larger practices and providers in the area have a week wait before you were seen. That is a long timeThe intake, nurse, Amy, was great.
